I have seen people, who were Panche 15 years ago, becoming Maoist and now JTMM. I can not say about their ideologies, but yes, tiger once tastes human blood, it will come near villages. They will find other causes for loot and form another group. I was frustrated reading recent issue of Himal, report on new armed groups.
